A huge thank you to everyone who donated food, toiletries and gifts of money at the Harvest Services last week. All the gifts were delivered to the Waterlooville Food Bank on Monday.

Saturday 1st November 7pm - All Souls – a Service of Reflection, Remembrance and Thanksgiving

Each year we have a special All Souls Service of Reflection, Remembrance and Thanksgiving, to remember all those who have died, particularly those who have died in recent years.

This is a lovely, quiet, and contemplative service and you are warmly invited to attend, along with any relatives and friends who would like to join us. There will be an opportunity to light a candle in remembrance of the person who died.

A list will be left at the back of the church, and you are welcome to add the names of relatives/friends who have died, and these will be read out at the All-Souls Service.

Eco  Church

Are you aware that as a church we are taking part in this project?

We have already attained the Bronze Award by making changes in the things we buy, the way we use our buildings and source energy supplies and resources, our care for our land and wildlife, and our engagement with local community groups.

To highlight some of the work we’ve completed – and work we are still undertaking we have created an Eco noticeboard in church.  We’re hoping to complete our silver level award this Autumn.

The noticeboard also gives information allowing you to complete a household audit and consider changes that you could make at home to reduce your carbon footprint.

So do take a look!
