Safeguarding

All Saints is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults and creating protective and supportive environments where all people, especially those who may be vulnerable, can worship and pursue their faith journey in safety.

We follow the national legal and procedural framework for safeguarding children and adults, and Church of England policy and practice which can be found by clicking here

All Saints Parochial Church Council (PCC) also have a Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy which is reviewed and published annually and can be seen here.

All volunteers who work with young people and vulnerable adults are recruited according to the Church of England Safer Recruitment Policy and procedures and practises of Safeguarding are managed by our Parish Safeguarding Officer, Mike Gaskin (contact on 07734 325284).

Reporting A Concern

If you have information about a safeguarding situation where a child or adult is in immediate danger, or requires immediate attention, call emergency services on 999.

Any safeguarding concerns must be reported to your Parish Safeguarding Officer,   Mike Gaskin (contact on 07734 325284) or to  Revd,. Emma Rackyleft (contact on  023 9226 8757)

If Emma or Mike are unavailable you can speak directly to the Diocesan Safeguarding Team,  please click here. The Diocese have commissioned thirtyone:eight to offer OUT OF HOURS AND HOLIDAY COVER when the DSA is unavailable. They can be contacted on 0303 003 1111 during these times.
