All Saints Holiday Club is an action-packed themed week at the beginning of summer for Denmead children in primary school. Running for four days with games, crafts, drama, music, bible stories and more; It’s a whole lot of fun whilst learning more about Jesus and God’s love for each and every one of us.

Our Theme this year is: Explorers - The Greatest Story

A 4-day adventure where children will become explorers, embarking on a journey to discover who Jesus is through stories from the Bible. Each day, they'll follow clues, solve puzzles, and find pieces of the torn book (the Bible) that will lead them to the ultimate discovery of Jesus' life and teachings.

Who is it for?

All Saints Holiday Club is for children currently in primary school (reception to year 6) and will only be open to those who reside in Denmead.

Where will it be?

All Saints Holiday Club is held at All Saints Church on Hambledon Road, using the church, the hall and its grounds.
Please note that the car park will be closed during this event. Parking is available on nearby roads and the Kidmore Lane car park.

When will it be?

The week will run from Tuesday the 5^th of August until Friday the 8^th with the addition of a special Holiday Club service on Sunday the 10^th

Each day starts with registration from 9:30am and then collection will be at 3:30pm, please note we will not be able to accept anyone who arrives after 9:30am

How much is it?

Due to our generous team of volunteers, we are able to keep costs down, we have a suggested donation of £25 per child for the week – payment information will be provided after your form has been processed.

How do I book?

To pre-register your child/ren please  download a form here or a physical copy of the form will be available at the back of All Saints Church.

Please place all forms into the church post-box (round the back of the church, on the wall to your left as you face the double doors), thank you.

The cut-off date for pre-registration is the 20th of July.

Other information:

- Space is limited. Once your form has been processed you will be invited to confirm your booking and pay (where able) to keep your space.

- Please understand that you will be signing your child/ren up for the entire four-day Holiday Club and that if there is an emergency or pre-booked medical appointment, you will let the team know as soon as possible - thank you.

- All children must be brought and collected by a responsible adult. Children who arrive unaccompanied will not be allowed in.

• What will a day look like…

During each day everyone will have the opportunity to take part in worship, games, crafts, stories and so much more

• Will there be food?

Yes, there will be a short break with drinks and snacks. Please make sure that you inform us of all allergies and/or medical conditions on your pre-registration form so we can cater accordingly, thank you.

• Can my child/ren walk home on their own?

No, we ask that a parent/guardian is there to drop off and pick up, no child will be allowed to leave without a registered grown-up.

• What if I cannot afford to pay?

We ask for a suggested donation of £25 per child for the week, however, if this is a problem we still want your child/ren to come so please do get in touch, email holidayclub@allsaintsdenmead.org.uk

• Can I pay more?

Thank you, that would be lovely, we run on donations and any extra will go towards paying for children who cannot afford to, our activities and future events.
