Men’s Group walk to Hambledon – Wednesday 12 July.With apologies for holding events in close proximity, but we are due to have a Men’s Group walk to Hambledon next Wednesday evening.The plan is to leave the church car park at 1830 and walk on footpaths across the fields to The Vine at Hambledon where we will take refreshment.After an hour or so in the pub, there is a choice between walking back to Denmead or taking advantage of a lift which will be provided.The walk is a very pleasant stroll of about 2.5 miles.In the case of wet weather we will reschedule for a later date.If you would like to join us, please let me know by email, or just turn up on the night.

Men’s Group Breakfast – Saturday 15 July. We also have a Breakfast meeting scheduled for 8.30 on Saturday 15 July in the Heath Room.We haven’t been able to secure a speaker on this occasion, but if you fancy a social get-together over breakfast, please email Mike Barge (email@example.com) or sign the list that at the back of church.

Denmead Mothers’ Union. Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, 18th July at 7.30pm in the Heath Room, when Revd Emma will give a talk about her faith journey. All are very welcome to attend.
Wednesday 26th July 2-4pm Bereavement Support Group in the Heath Room. All recently bereaved people welcome for tea/ coffee and fellowship.
On Sunday 6th Aug at 3.00pm at All Saints there will be a Teddy Bear’s Picnic for all families with babies, toddlers, pre-school and primary aged children. Families are invited to join with us for an afternoon of party games, face painting, singing, party food and ice-cream! If you are able to come please let the Church Office know on 023 9226 8757 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org by 25th July 2017. And don’t forget to bring your teddy/cuddly toy!
Save the Children Thank you all for the gifts of toys for the Toy Tombola for the Rowlands Castle Fair on Sat 1st July. We made a total of £247.
THANK YOU I would like thank all our friends at All Saints and beyond for all your prayers during my recent admission to the QAH and later at Southampton General, following a brain haemorrhage due to a fall back in May. This resulted in surgery from which I appear to be making a good recovery. I am now back home and re-mobilising. I have been very aware of all the prayer support. Thank you all Ian Harding
SUMMER SERVICES During the school holidays (Sun 30th July– Sun 27th August) there will be no Sunday School or Youth Explorers. Our 9.30am service will be a Parish Communion each week, except for Sunday 20th August when we will meet at 10am for our DABS celebration. Our 8am Holy Communion service will continue as normal.
THINK LINK Ghana On Sunday 3rd September at our 9.30am service we will be focussing on our partnership link with Ghana. The service will include a presentation, singing some Ghanaian worship, dancing(!) and Communion. All are very welcome.
