This will begin with a procession through Denmead at 10.30am from the Memorial Hall to the Village Green. At 10.55 we will gather at the Village Green for a Christian Act of Remembrance and laying of wreaths. There will be limited seating under cover for those who need it. FOOD PLEASE! – for the Royal Marines Band Concert on Wednesday 22 November.
There has been a brilliant response to previous requests for interval refreshments and everyone is very appreciative of all the delicious canapés… so we’re asking you to do the same again for the forthcoming concert.you can help by donating a platter of food, please complete the list at the back of church, take a platter from the basket, fill it with buffet snacks of your choice and bring it along to the Church Hall after 2pm on 22.food can include cocktail sausages, sausage rolls, vol-au-vents, mini sandwiches, cheese & pineapple, mini cupcakes… anything that doesn’t require cutting up beforehand and can be easily eaten with one hand whilst holding a glass of wine in the other!concert is a sell-out so we need lots of full platters – and remember that all the concert profits go towards Church Funds so your help is invaluable.thanks.Gill Barge (9226 8565)

A message from the Pastoral care Team. If you notice that any member of our congregation has not attended church as they usually do, or you hear that they are unwell or in hospital, could you please make one of the clergy aware, or contact the Church Office, as we would like to be able to offer them support visits as needed. Thank you. Nicola Ellis
