Growing in Church and Community TONIGHT at our Informal Evening Service we will be focussing on prayer for our church and community. We want to see our church grow numerically – that more people will come to know Jesus, and that our church will grow spiritually – that each of us will deepen in our relationship with God. We also want to pray for our community – asking God to bless homes and families, neighbours and friends, schools, care homes, shops, farms and businesses.
The service will begin with songs and hymns of worship and a Bible reading, followed by time to listen to God and to bring our church and community to him in a time of prayer. We hope to have specific prayer focusses each month, and open prayer, as we respond to the Holy Spirit’s leading.
Please join us in this as we take time to wait on God and seek his blessing together. Revd. Emma

Last year we delivered envelopes to almost every house in Denmead and invited people to bring their envelopes or donations to a free coffee morning on the Saturday. We are following the same format this year, as it was so successful. If you delivered envelopes and flyers last year we are hoping you will be able to again this year.
